Here is a list of books (or other long-form works) that I have read for the year. They will come in many formats (paper or pBooks; electronic or eBooks; audio or aBooks). I may mix format (I tend to maximize reading by synchronizing audiobooks and electronic books), the format totals at the end of this entry tell you what format I read for the majority of a particular title.
