Many a night I saw the Pleiads, rising thro' the mellow shade,Today's Astronomy Picture of the Day is a nice shot of Messier 45, The Pleiades Star Cluster found in Taurus. They were well placed this morning during my morning constitutional.
Glitter like a swarm of fire-flies tangled in a silver braid.
