The biggest improvement year over year was to maximize my reading time. I cut way back on television and podcasts and did a lot of reading where I was using both the eBook and aBook of the same title. I also spent a significant amount of time reading series (it's a lot easier to continue with a story and a set of characters you love than to start a new work): Peter Grant, the Vorkosigan Saga, Brother Cadfael, The Black Company and more.
2022? More of the same, I expect. Fingers crossed.
